How much there is
Pages, screens, and the number of things the software has to do. The clearest part of any estimate and usually the part you already know.
Pricing
You see the basis for the number before any work starts: what it covers, what it excludes, and what would change it. Where we can name a single price we do. Where the work cannot honestly be pinned down yet we will give you a range and tell you what decides where you land in it.
What shapes it
We price the work from its scope and what it costs to deliver, not from how much we think you can afford.

Work close to something we have built before costs less than work that has to be figured out first. We will tell you which one yours is.
Where a managed platform meets what the project needs, it usually costs less to build on, secure, and hand over than a custom cloud setup, and anything with compliance rules attached costs more again. Most projects need the simple end and are told so.
Whether the new thing has to work with software you already use, and how well that software lets anything talk to it. These connections are the most common reason an estimate turns out to be wrong, so we look at them before quoting.
Hosting and services
We do not mark up your infrastructure.
Third-party hosting and infrastructure are itemized and passed through at what they cost us. We make nothing on them, which is why we have no reason to sell you more than you need.
If a simpler setup would do the job, that is what we will quote, even though it means a smaller project for us.
How you are billed
Our AI scoping assistant will help you describe the project. A person reviews the result before we quote anything.
